I miss germ.

Imagine walking home one day and randomly punching in numbers on your cell phone and accidentally dialing the number for the cell of someone you actually know. Man, that was amazing and oh so trippy. And what's trippier is I found out oh so suddenly that summer reading existed in the Senior AP English world. Godammit, world. Sometimes you really suck. So I got the Color Purple ('cause Oprah likes it!), 1984 (because my dad hates it!), and Crime and Punishment (because I liked the title). Oh maayn, I am screwed.

And there's also It's by John Irving and it was pretty unknown to me until a friend pointed out it inspired the Simon Birch movie. And, well, I kinda LOOOOVE. It's a really sad movie that features an incredibly short (like me!) boy that wants to be a hero. Lame as it sounds, it was one of the greatest out-of-Disney movies I enjoyed during my lame child days. Well, it's a loong ass read but I'm exited to start, but in the meantime, go rent Simon Birch sometime. It's lovely. (Indirect movie review, A-).

I hadn't touched a book since the end of summer, since AP Engrish last year made me kinda scared of books. So, there you have it guys, summer-reading-palooza. I'm back to being a bibliophile. I just realized I never confessed on my LJ despite everyone knowing this about me. I like books. Alot. Like, I'd hug a book and scream if I witness it hit the ground. And from then on the dented corner of the pages haunts me for the rest of my life. Heh, guys. You guys are reading (or not reading) a blog of a weirdo. Congratulations!

Oh yeah, guys. What did you guys think about Matilda (the movie)? It's my alltime favorite movie as a kid for some reason, but what do youuuu lovely people think?
